A Learning Rumble is a new process for continuing to apply and embed the key concepts and tools from the Human Foundations and Internal Small Giants Development program. Small Giants can participate as individuals or form a 3-4 person Learning Rumble and continue the fortnightly practice of the ISG rumble collective, encouraging practice, sharing and deliberate learning through the 24 Focus Activities. A Learning Rumble is a new process for continuing the Internal Small Giant learning.
It takes a small group of ISGs and provides a philosophy to facilitate the continued active applied learning process. Fortnightly Focus Activities are provided to hone the Individuals application of the Human Foundations concepts and tools. The Learning Rumbles meet fortnightly and share their wins and learnings and importantly, provides acknowledgement of the others that do the same.
